Which Commvault Jobs feed that log? I have some major events with the following message:

 

Error occurred in Disk Media, Path [/cvault/hua/nfs/XXX_02/dat/Y66R1O_08.08.2022_13.02/CV_MAGNETIC/V_648334] [Check whether the path [/cvault/hua/nfs/XXX_02/dat/Y66R1O_08.08.2022_13.02/CV_MAGNETIC/V_648334] is accessible.]. For more help, please call your vendor's support hotline.

 

I can do listing on that dir so, yes, the path is accessible. 

 

Commvault 2022E. 

Disk Library with NFS Mount Paths.

This log is for DDB Verifications so if you are seeing errors in here there may be an issue with data integrity. The Screenshot you shared looks like those files were read successfully, but the log cut you shared does indicate an issue accessing the Volume\Chunk we were trying to read.

Error occurred in Disk Media, Path [/cvault/hua/nfs/XXX_02/dat/Y66R1O_08.08.2022_13.02/CV_MAGNETIC/V_648334] [Check whether the path is accessible.]. 

The Logs should show which Chunk\SFile it was trying to reach inside of that Volume. Can you make sure you can physically navigate to that Volume\Chunk and if so, can you open the SFile it refers to with a text editor? It would show “hieroglyphs” but you should be able to open it.

@Eduardo Braga , has the issue been resolved? This was the DDB verification jobId - 3726266. Can check the status of this job also and confirm.
