I would like for a task that is running every month put a planning exception on January 2nd.

I don’t find to do this on task scheduler

finally I created several planning tasks with the pattern ‘year’ from February to December

Have you looked at Operation/Blackout Windows?

You can set a specific time for the job to not run.
