@Sebastien Merluzzi  i disabled the process called DeleteAgentAuthorization and its okay now , its a big process , some other admin need to disabl it and all , if there is any documentation that is appreciated

Disabling the "Get And Process Authorization workflow" may disrupt other business logic processes, such as the "Delete Library Mount Path Authorization workflow," which is crucial for preventing inadvertent deletion.

If deleting or retiring a client is the sole issue, maybe remove the "Delete Client Authorization workflow" instead.
