Has anyone installed a Commvault web server/command center/metrics reporting server outside the Commserver. Mine doesn't seem to connect
and Im getting a failed authentication token when I access the Commvault dashboard using the extra web server I build. I believe I followed the one in Books online but no luck.
Also to help in my troubleshooting is there any flow diagram on how the connectivity of the web server to the Commserver ( TC ports/ services/logs). THis way I can troubleshoot logically.
So the setup is we have a Commserver which is also a web server/command centre and private metrics reporting server. I am building a separate web server/ command centre/metrics reporting server but it doesn't work.
Any advice is appreciated.
