DEAR TEAM PLS QUICKLY ASSIST AS AM UNABLE TO TAKE FILE SYSTEM BACK IT COMPANY OF NO LICENSE AND SECOUNDLY I CANT RAISE SUPPORT WE ARE LOCK OUT PLS HELP

Sorry for my late response. This was resolved. What I did was to disable all jobs and resume them one after the order that's how the issue was resolved

Hi @Alexzy why can't you open a support ticket? You were also able to download and install FR25 which indicates you have a valid support contact…..

Sorry for my late response. This was resolved. What I did was to disable all jobs and resume them one after the order that's how the issue was resolved
