Hi @Alexzy why can't you open a support ticket? You were also able to download and install FR25 which indicates you have a valid support contact…..


Which feature release did you upgrade from @Alexzy ?


Can you email support? Support will need the commcell ID to look into this.

 


@Alexzy following up on this thread.  Were you able to get an incident created or resolve on your own?


@Alexzy , is it safe to assume this was resolved by a new license file?


Sorry for my late response. This was resolved. What I did was to disable all jobs and resume them one after the order that's how the issue was resolved
