Hi Guys, 

I have client that has there files failing on their SharePoint online backup. can anyone assist me with a root cause of this.

Good morning.  Can you please tell me what version of Commvault you are currently on?


We currently running 11 SP26.45


Guessing that question didn’t go anywhere. I have the same issue. Original versions were migrated by an account which now only the first version shows the profile as e.g. i:0#.f|membership|joe.bloggs@domain.name it is only these particular version which are failing and there are over 1000 of them. I haven’t yet figured out how to change the display name within SharePoint but I raised a ticket which was escalated and told they had no solution but to delete the minor versions one by one.
