Do I need to run a Quick verification of existing jobs on disk and deduplication database prior to running Space Reclamation Job?

Hello
No, there is no need to run a quick verification prior to running Space Reclamation. Further, space reclamation only needs to be run on mount paths that do not support Sparse Files.
