SQL Server Database Failure Completed w/ one or more errors

Has anyone seen this error?

SQL database backups happen every 15 minutes, and this error occurs about every 20 jobs.

 

Error summary

 

Error code: [30:325]

Description: Error encountered during backup. Error: [Connection Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed while attempting to consume the pre-login handshake acknowledgement. This could be because the pre-login handshake failed or the server was unable to respond back in time. The duration spent while attempting to connect to this server was - [Pre-Login] initialization=30011; handshake=0; Failed to connect to server VMDMZ\WBC. at Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Common.ConnectionManager.Connect() at CvSmoDll.CvSmoServer.Connect(String sInstanceName, String& errorMessage)]

ould you please confirm this is an AlwaysOn database or not ? Also, would you be able to share the job log file ?

I believe it's Always On.

The txt log is attached.

I changed the VM and domain information, or any other data information... so this txt file only shows the job progress and the failure.
