Hi!

Any clue on how to remove that failed job from job controller (it's stuck in there)?

@PedroRocha If you have restarted CS services and the job is still stuck probably need to open a support case for further assistance

Hello @PedroRocha

If you have a recent DR backup, could you plan a downtime and try to restart the Commserve services and see if that helps clearing out this entry?

Best,

Rajiv

Hi @PedroRocha ,

Is this on the Commserve Console itself or Remote Console?

Best Regards,

Sebastien Merluzzi

Hello!

It's on the Commcell Console, locally to the commserve server.

@PedroRocha ,

You already have a case, we will check and get back to you.

@PedroRocha ,

What do you see in jobmanager.log for these 2 jobs?

Also, it is better to send the CS DB along the logs also so we can check in Staging.

Updating the RCA here:

Customer deleted storage policy while job was running, and job can’t be completed because entry can’t be added to history table.
