+14I am looking to configure Syslog Forwarding for Audit Trail and Alerts and was wondering what alerts are going to be forwarded, as there doesn’t seem to be a specific Alert Notification Type for Syslog.
On the assumption that all Alerts are forwarded, is there an existing CMR to provide granular control?

As of today, all configured alerts are forwarded to the Syslog server. At present there is no way to configure granular control so only specific alerts are forwarded.
As of right now I don’t see any existing CMR’s out there for granular control. I can discuss internally to see if that’s something that engineering would entertain.
Please stand by while I have some internal discussion on this. If the CMR is accepted, I’ll update you and let you know.
