Test Net Connection not working on DR CV Node

Hi Guys,,,,

We are not able to perform TNC on ports 8400 and 8403 to DR Commserve node.

Is this because the services are stopped on the DR node ? Its a Live-Sync DR configuration.

When the Instance001 services are stopped you cannot communicate on 8400 and 8403 as there is no binding.

Instance002 is online in a CS LiveSync setup and by default has bindings on 8405 and 8408.
