i have the commvault v11.28.32 and i have a problem with the apache commons daemon service runner that take memory usage on 92%. i used next link https://kb.commvault.com/article/54344 but this solution does not resolves this problem

Can you share how much memory is installed? Did you separate the roles or are you running the CommServe, Web Server and Web console / Command Center on the same server?

I would first of all recommend to increase the amount of memory, because currently you are not meeting the minimum requirements see → https://documentation.commvault.com/v11/expert/1645_hardware_specifications_for_commserve_server.html

The minimum requirements for small Commserve deployments have changed recently. Earlier 16GB was the minimum required, but if you recently upgraded to FR28 it is not enough anymore, now you need at least 24GB of RAM.

I can confirm that 16GB, which I have running with my Commserve VM on 11.30, is not enough anymore.
As advised by Onno and Robert, please expand the memory resources.
