The number of running synthetic full jobs has exceeded in Commvault.

what is the exact issue,  can you some one suggest. 

 

High Watermark Level is 500

Hello @KAK 

Do you by any chance have more than 50 synthetic full backups running at the same time? Please note, 50 is the default maximum number of parallel synthetic full backups that can run simultaneously. Trying to run more would end up in the exact error message you wrote.

This behaviour is adjustable via additional settings, especially via JMSynthFullJobHighWaterMark, please take a look at documentation link below:
