there is difference size between source and destination after file restore

Hello Guys.

I have backed up a linux file then I did restore successfully. Both of  there is not any failure or skiping file. But there are 20000 missing file after restore. What clould be there ?

The only thing I can think of is that we backed up empty folders, but we did not restore them… being empty.

I think you might have gotten the screenshots reversed, but I agree with @Jacek Piechucki  - if you view the file list on the backup and restore job and compare them it will provide clues
