Hi,

We have a power outage for about 2 hours, and after that everything is backed up. However, we don’t receive the Two-Factor Authentication Email anymore. Has anybody this problem before? And where do you check for the problem?

Hi @TD89. What 2FA e-mail are you referring too? The one from Commvault or from your own Commcell? In case of the Commcell scenario, do you receive other mail that originates from Commvault?
