There are two tape media with identical barcode in the tape library. When try to export either of the media, it doesn't get exported to IEport. Try the other tape, there is no issue. What would be the procedure to take out the media and re-label one of them and get it work again?

Within CommCell, under Media in Library, those two medias can be found. However, can’t find those two from Command Center.
