My customer having issue where they claim suddenly they have prob to login to console due to 2 way authentication enable. It cannot send the email to the respective user. Anyway that can be done to disable the 2 way authentication without access to console? Refer attached picture for reference.

Sorry for the late update. We reboot the commserve server, the console now can be login without the 2 way authentication. Not sure why its suddenly asking for 2 way authentication when it is not even enabled.

For this issue it may be best to get a case open with Support to investigate. If the customer is not able to get into the GUI to manage their environment a Support Ticket would be the best way to go.
