Hello,
I wanted to install the Java console Commvault on my PC to manage Commservs, I would like to know if the binaries in the console_java_WinX64.exe package are based on Java JRE/JDK or JRE AdoptOpenJDK or Temurin.
version of Commcel envirenment 11.32.

Commvault uses AdoptOpenJDK (now Eclipse Temurin) as its Java Runtime Environment (JRE) for all server components and the CommCell Console. 

  • Commvault JRE: Commvault repackages AdoptOpenJDK/Temurin JREs and includes them with the software installation. These JREs are free and do not require a separate license.
