After upgrading the commserver and webserver to FR36, we were not able to access the webconsole and commandcenter. I could see IIS serverrole is installed on commserver as well but before upgrade it was not installed. I believe IIS serverrole should be on webserver only. and also i could see under the IIS server role “ConsoleApp.NetCore” is in stopped status, even after starting manually it going to stopped state automatically.

There can be many factors.
Please open a case with support and have the logs sent from commserve, webserver, command center clients including the commserve database uploaded.
