Hello Team,

We have installed VSA agent on Media agent and then tried to add under VCenter client of proxy.

Not able to get the proxy server. Please advise which log file will check for the troubleshoot.

For firewall communication is available in by-directional.

Regards,

Anand K

A quick double check question.

If using Java GUi: when finished installing the VSA, have you refreshed the clients before trying to modify the vCenter cliënt?

If using Command Center: when finished installing the VSA, have you logged out and back in again to force a refresh of API info?

Sometimes info needs to be refreshed if not updated after such installs. Just wanted to check before other routes/issues are checked.

Hi,

Thanks for your update.

We have tried those options but still vsa proxy not able to see.

We have rebooted VSA server and tried firewall communications also.

O you mean that you can't see the VSA at all from the GUI? As if it isn't installed?

Can you provide the install.log from the media agent?

Hi @Anandha K ,

Also, check cvd.log when you restart the Commvault services and search for 'mono' and confirm it was installed properly and running:
