I tried to update the Hedvig from 4.7.6 to latest release but faced some issues and execution failed on these line…

With the single line its hard to say for sure however my suspicion would be that its missing some RPM files required for the update. If this is HyperScale X as opposed to just a Hedvig deployment then try the steps for the Download SW job again, if there are still issues it would require additional details (logs and review of the contents of the SW Cache) for review.
