Unusual File Activity need more details..

Question

Hello,

We have a small problem with the Unusual File Activity.
When an alert is displayed on our Exchange servers we can see that many files have been modified. However, we cannot see here which files have been modified or deleted. We had an Unusual File Activity alarm from one of the CommServe servers in the past and here you could see a graph and the list of affected files. So what is the reason that we can't see this information on the Exchange servers? Does the agent need to be extended with a module or something like that ?

Hello @Manzar Ali,the CS is running on 11.28 and the Client is running on version 11.20.So all we have to do to fix this issue is to update the agent on the client ?RegardsThomas
