Upgrading MS Office on the mailbox proxy

My sysadmin just noticed we’re running the obsolete Office 2013 on my CommVault mailbox proxy / O365 proxy / web server INF-SRV113.  My recollection is that this is required for CommVault to work properly (possibly the Compliance Search feature).

Are there any challenges or gotchas with uninstalling Office 2013 and installing Office 2019? Will CommVault automagically start using the new version of Office?

Outlook 2013 may still be required if you’re performing on-premises / hybrid Exchange Mailbox Agent-based backups using MAPI, or if you perform .MSG or .PST file-based restores.

Thanks.  My Windows Admin uninstalled Office 2013 and replaced it with Office 2019. I’ve done a mailbox restore to a PST file as a test and everything worked perfectly.
