Hi Team,

 

In one of my customer’s Admin console I’m not able to see View option in Job History from Admin Console.

Please let me know what things I need to enable to see the option like mentioned in below screenshot.

Are you able to see it for your other customer? Are you using the same account to access the Command Center?

@Sandip Domadia Yes Sandip, for other customer accounts I can see that option and using same cred’s for command center login.


Do you have another account you can test with? I would recommend opening a support case.

@Harsha , following up on this one.  did the customer open a support case?  If so, do you have the case number?

@Mike Struening  This issue been resolved. We did find that User has been enabled the Custom view over his account; so we after deleting the custom view and after reopening the command center we could see the “View” option after job history.
