Hi

We are looking for the option to View while browsing or Restore AD attributes into csv file.

This would be useful option to check how attribute has been changed over the time.
It’s also useful to find Exchange DB settings in AD for the user deleted while ago and doesn’t exist in AD anymore.

Thank you

Agreed, @AdminPI .  this would make a good CMR.

Can you create a support case to have one requested?

Once created, share the incident number with me so I can track accordingly.

Hi @AdminPI - unfortunately I don’t believe there is any way to do this. There is no attribute preview and no out-of-place restore option that could generate a CSV or something like that.

I reviewed all possible ways and could not find this also.

So, the question is to the Commvault community whether the requested feature looks useful.

And another question is for Commvault Engineers to review the request and possibly submit a Change Modification Request.

Because it’s handy for us to be able to see the value of the Active Directory attribute in some old Active Directory backups.

Thank you
