I have a customer who would like to see the backup jobs of a database backup. However, the VM on which this database is running is assigned to another company. Is there a way to make these backup jobs visible to the customer?

If a client belongs to Company A, all its child entities must also belong to Company A. The company model is designed to ensure strict isolation between companies, preventing any cross-company data access. Allowing child entities to belong to Company B would break this security model, leading to potential data leaks and compromising the integrity of the isolation. This structure is fundamental to maintaining data security and compliance, so any deviation is not possible.
