VM backup that is completing is not showing up

The Commvault software was removed from CLIENT1 and we added the CLIENT1 to the VM backups.

I am backing up a VM in Commvault named CLIENT1 but I am not able to see it in any client groups.

We are able to view all other VM’s not named CLIENT1.

Hey Gary,

I’m guessing when you removed the software from Client1, system has marked it as de-configured.

If you right click on Client list in the GUI and choose to see the clients without software\license I think you will see that VM under Clients list.
