I have downloaded and imported to the VMware ESXi ，Could you tell me the username & password for this VM?

The password can be set when importing the OVA. Documentation covers it here: https://documentation.commvault.com/2024e/expert/deploy_ova.html
The password is set during a post deployment script so it may be that you’re not waiting for the script to run if you’re setting the password in the template options.

The deployment notes says that you can customise the hostname / password as part of the OVA template customisation.
