Hey @Muhammad Abdullah,

Open up adminconsole.log and see if there is anything obvious in there which might be wrong. Could there be a firewall preventing connectivity from this machine to the CommServe?

Hello,

i had to re install the Webserver on another machine and issue was resolved.

Was this done based on advice from support? Did you try to perform a IISRESET?
