Weekly backup report that lists full and differential backup

Has anyone creates a backup report that list full and differential backup? I tried to save the job summary report but it changes after I change it. It looks like the changes are not permanent.

@Chitra Saha , you can create a custom report, or you can save the report when you configure it with you settings.  It will save to the My Reports subsection:
