What is the best way to migrate a server that is Commserve and MA to a different hardware?

In the next few days I will have to migrate a server that has the role of CS and MA, can you help me in knowing what will be the best way to do it.

The CS-MA server has local storage, which is the exact procedure to migrate the data to the new server.
