Hello Umesh,

The user specified for the VSA Backup of AHV should be either the local Admin account or an SSP Admin so that it can access the V3 API.

This is stated in the Documentation under the requirements: System Requirements for Virtual Server Agent with Nutanix AHV (commvault.com)
