Hi @james.lee

Since login with the local CommCell account works, this looks like an AD authentication/configuration issue.

When logging in with the AD account, what error do you see? Please also check the EVMgrS.log on the CommServe for any LDAP or authentication failover errors.

Kindly review the following:

* Log in with a local admin, go to Security > Domains, update the AD service account password, and click Validate.
* If there were any AD changes (e.g. new or removed DCs), update the domain controller entries and re-validate.
* If you get "Invalid domain credentials", test LDAP bind using the AD service account (ldp.exe), avoid special characters in the password, and ensure DNS resolves your domain/DCs properly. If validation still fails, check EVMgrS.log for bind/connectivity errors.

* Verify Domain Trust and Connectivity as CommServe server must be able to query AD.
 - Confirm DNS resolution works (ping the domain controller)
 - Ensure ports (typically 389 for LDAP, 636 for LDAPS) are not blocked by firewall

For reference, you can also review documentation on Enabling Single Sign-On with Active Directory.

Thank You!!
