Log in to Command Center, go to Reports and in Administration section you can find Audit Trail report which you can view.
If you are looking for a file for some reason, then keep in mind that Audit trail is not a log, instead it is contained in CommserveDB.

Good morning. There are no “audit trail logs”, instead there is an Audit Trail report that can be run. This queries the CommServe database for information on changes made.

Just open Command Center and go to the Reports section. There you will find the Audit Report! It's also documented so not sure why you have to ask it here.
