Hi All, 

We are trying to install Commvault FS agent in one of Windows server installation failing below error.

Could you please compress and upload commvault Log files folder?

We need access to the complete set of Commvault logs, not just the installation logs.

 

Would it be possible to upload the entire log directory? You can utilize the "Scrub Logs" feature to mask any sensitive information.

Here's a guide on configuring data masking for log files.

We have only Install log file in Commvault log folder. 

 

@Upen ,

Did you install it in the past?

Any Commvault entry in Registry or in ProgramData and Program Files?

If so, can you rename/delete these entries.

Then try to install Commvault again.

Also, can you try to install another software, a Microsoft or other products, like Process Monitor, Process Explorer, Notepad++, Wireshark…

If it is also failing, you would need to raise a ticket with MS as any MSI installation is failing.
