Hi everyone,

I activated compliance lock on a storage policy, which prevents me from deleting any backup data linked to that policy. Afterward, I created a new library & Storage pool with a different storage policy, but I'm still using the same subclient as before. Given this new setup, why am I still unable to delete backup data after backing up new content?

Could you please try deleting the jobs at the new storage policy level? If you encounter any error messages could you share them with us?

 

Additionally, you may need to create a new backupset and subclient, selecting all the content from the old subclient and link it to the new storage policy to see if that resolves the issue.
