can we use standby commserver at DR location also as a Media agent ? instead of deploying Media agent on other server for Auxcopy (secondary copy)?

You could install the MA on an Instance003 - That way its services should be separated from the Instance001 (CS) and Instance002 (SQL Agent for LiveSync) Services and should allow regular operations for it.

With this however, you will need to scale your hardware accordingly, since both the CS and MA are pretty demanding, you need to account for those times when the Server will have both CS and MA roles and ensure enough hardware resources are available.
