complaince lock issue on secondary copy of storage policies

Hello community

I am having an issue with getting the compliance lock unlocked on all secondary copies of my storage policies.  i have completed the following

  1.  Filled in the form under resources on the website to get compliance lock lifted, using Commcell ID, Primary Copy name and ID, secondary copy name and ID and also passphrase which is correct.
  2. killed all logins using Qlogout.exe -all
  3. Logged back in using an account in the Masters Group
  4. ran the following 

the xml file provided by Commvault only has the IDs for the primary copy and the secondary copy.  It has no mention at all of the names of both the primary and the secondary

    Kindly follow below steps and let us know the results.

    Open DisableWORM.xml and verify that all required fields (storage policy, copy name, storage pool, region, etc.) are correctly specified.

    Make sure the names exactly match what is configured in your CommCell (case-sensitive, no extra spaces). Confirm Entity Names.

    1. Verify if the complaince lock is enabled at storage pool associated with secondary copy. If yes,
    2. Go to the Storage pool copy properties and get the name of that copy and find the copy id from storage policy details report and submit the request.
    3. Once we disable at storage pool level it will be disabled for all associated storage polices.
