Disabling File Preview on Command Center

CheckDownloadPermissionForPreview

This should disable previewing of the files if the value is "true”

Sorry I forgot to mention you need to restart the IIS on the web server once applied.

I added the key on CommServer then I did restart IIS and Tomcat on CommServer and WebServer but it’ s not working :(

Would you be able to check the end user’s download permission? I suspect that the end user has access to download the file hence why they can preview. 

Otherwise, a possible workaround would be to modify the MaxFileSizeForPreview.

You can configure the value to be a minimum value of 1 which should cater for majority of the files besides really small text files which are under 1KB in size.

Thanks for the helping me.

What we want to achieve here is to be able to disable this feature and disable the Preview feature for all users including the admin, even if it is a 1KB file.
