Enabling Arlie

To enable Arlie AI Assistant in Commvault SP40 using the Command Center, follow below steps:

Prerequisites

• Ensure the servers hosting Command Center and Workflow Engine can access these URLs:

  • https://cvchatapp.commvault.com/
  • https://apiengineer.commvault.com/

• If using an HTTP proxy, configure these settings:

  • proxyForExternalConnectionsEnabled = True
  • proxyForExternalConnectionsHost = [Your Proxy Hostname or IP]
  • proxyForExternalConnectionsPort = [Your Proxy Port]

  For details, see configure the following settings for the servers.

Enabling Arlie in Command Center

1. Open the Command Center.
2. On the top right corner, click AI assistant.
3. In the Enable Arlie AI Assistant dialog box, click Yes.
4. The Arlie chat box will appear on the right side of the screen.

Thank you for the reply.

I dont see any option to enable Arlie in command center on top right corner.

will it gets enable after whitelisting below URLs? or do we have any reg key to enable the same?

Side topic, you definitely need to upgrade to a newer MR.
