We are looking at possibly using a Rocky Linux based media agent, I was just wondering if there were any “Hardened Linux Commvault Media agent images for Bare Metal at all?
We are currently running version 11.32, moving to 11.36 within the next couple of weeks.
Have people used a linux media agents widely? and which flavours have you seen at all?

Bare-metal “hardened image” is not available for MediaAgents.
The below two versions are supported for Media Agent package,
Rocky Linux 9.x with glibc 2.34.x -x64
Rocky Linux 8.x with glibc 2.28.x -x64

I dont believe so yet no, we went with rocky 9.6 in the end and are working with our Linux team to harden it further.
