When creating a new cloud storage, I am asked to enter the media agent. However since I am in a tenant(company) account, I do not have access to the infra server like commserve and media agents. How can I give minimum access to the tenant so that the tenant can add the storage?

I hope you're having a great day
As you may know, Commvault uses RBAC (Role-Based Access Control). Since version 11.36, there are some default user groups already available.
For your case, to allow the tenant to add or remove mount paths under libraries, you just need to add the user(s) to the group have "Tenant Access" role ofc you can customize it . That should give them the required permissions.
