I am trying to generate automatic tickets whenever there are important events logged, that needs attention. Below are the three scenarios for which I need to open tickets
DR Backup Failures
Commvault Services down on the clients
Media Failures
All I am requesting you is:
Where will the log files be saved for all above mentioned scenarios?
How do I identify the events from the logs? (Any keywords or patterns)
based on your response, I will develop a script to pick the events from the log files and later integrate with our monitoring tools for auto-ticket generation. Thank you!
