Is it possible to configure different subclients from the same physical client and assign these subclients to different tenant (company)? If so, what configuration should be set up?

It should be something available, please request it via Support ticket as an inprovement. The other option I can think of is to use multi-instance and define a subclient per tenant per each instance.

You associated a client to a tenant and this cannot be done from a subclient level.
I do not think what you are trying to do can be achieved in the product currently.
