Hello All,, do you have any experience about over usage license ? 

actually we have implemented archiving for exchange which 7000 license, then now usage was 7371 .. 
Q : what will happen to the environment ? for archive and clean job

Q : is it any over tolerance for this cases ?

 Generally speaking you can use the reset feature to buy more time if licensing overage halts backup activity:

 That said I’m not entirely sure if this applies to overage of this nature but suspect it would. The intention behind this feature is to allow for backup activity while you address the overage. If the overage is expected I’d suggest reaching out to your account rep to procure more licensing. If not expected a support case should be opened to investigate accordingly.
