For VADP backup: Sublient A is configured with 20 VMs; if I create a new subclient B and remove/split the content of the subclient A to ex. 10 VMs per sublient (same SP).Will this trigger full backup on subclient B? or it will continue with incrementals.

If you are in V2 indexing then the backups will continue in incrementals else if its V1 its going to be full backup
