Has anyone got a process in place where they’ve been able to update server information held within a ServiceNow table(DB) with information of last backup date and time. Basically looking for a way to ensure all servers they need a Commvault Backup are being backed up. This would include VM and Client Agent Backups.

Hello
I think the best idea is using API to communisate both sites. So API interface from ServiceNow and API Commvault interface, connector can be simple script built on Azure Function will do the check and verification.
