vmware application validation- from secondary copy

hi , i have done the vmware application validation ,and its working , but i wonder how to select which storage policy copy it should validate it from ,

i have prodcution site and DR site , and i want the backup validation happen from the secondary copy of Storage policy

is there anyway i can select the copy precedence during the app validation
