Backup went to hung and waiting state and not moving

Hello Team

we have recently upgraded Commvault SP to 11.32.49 and we can observe in every 6-7 days backup went to hung state and waiting also backup job is not moving.

we are facing issue after SP upgrade to 11.32.49.

Please help its is bug in 11.32.49 or any fix of this issue.

open case 240625-627 and suggested 11.32.MR56 is upgraded but still getting backup hung issue
